This is a lovely and very expressive wine with complex aromatic of white pepper, herbs, red berries and savoury black berry notes. The palate is full, fleshy, layered and textured with a great length. Drink now and over 10 to 15+ years.

A beautifully elegant wine well deserving of the name Syrah. On the nose I enjoy hints of black as well as white pepper and loads of
florals- especially jasmine. The palate lingers and is soft but still has great structure. I would recommend decanting our Syrah for an hour
or so before enjoying it. I would enjoy this wine with numerous different light red-meat dishes but the one which stands out to me would
be a traditional beef tartar.
