A deep but elegant Syrah with intense aromas of blackberries, smoked meat, cracked black pepper, and violets. On the palate it has firm tannins and a core of dark fruit, olive tapenade, and earthy minerality. The finish is long and savoury, this will pair well with Lamb shank braised with rosemary and garlic.
